Shipping Policy at ZIGGY

At ZIGGY, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. For now we can only deliver in the Netherlands. However, in the future we hope to sell International.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days in. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are always 4,95.

Delivery Time Generally, domestic orders will arrive the day after the package has been sent. Please note that these times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at ziggy.amsterdam@hotmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
